Ingredients
3
cups
frozen blueberries
3
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1
tbsp
fresh lemon zest
1
tbsp
pure maple syrup
fresh mint
optional garnish
Instructions
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
When a sorbet-like consistency is achieved, turn off the food processor.
Evenly spread out the mixture in a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 12 hours or overnight. Once the sorbet is frozen, let it thaw at room temperature to soften it up enough to scoop.
Once it's thawed enough, scoop the sorbet into a bowl. Top with optional fresh blueberries and mint. Enjoy!

Storage
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week. Allow the sorbet to thaw enough to scoop, before serving.
