5-Minute Raw Coconut Granola Recipe (RawNola)
Make this easy 5-Minute Raw Coconut Granola Recipe (aka RawNola!) with coconut, walnuts and oats for a raw breakfast or snack!

- ⅓ cup Medjool dates pitted
- 6 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp shredded long unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp dried blueberries sugar-free
- ¼ cup raw walnuts
Pulse together all the ingredients for the granola in a blender. Do not fully blend it, but pulse it until there are chunks of nuts and dates, as a coarse-textured granola.
Once it reaches the desired consistency, remove the granola from the blender.
Pour into a bowl and add vegan yogurt, fresh fruits or milk to serve. Enjoy!
