6-7large ice cubes
vegan whipped creamoptional, topping
Instructions
To make the caramel, heat together the caramel ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Keep stirring until it begins to boil, then set the heat to low and stir for around 15 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Once the caramel is ready, let it cool for a half hour before using.
Blend together all frappuccinos ingredients with the caramel sauce but leave about one spoon of it aside. Keep blending the rest of the ingredients until it makes a smoothie.
Pour coffee mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and the extra caramel drizzle on top. Enjoy cold!
