Ingredients
  

For the Caramel Sauce

  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ΒΌ cup canned coconut milk
  • pinch pink salt

For the Drink

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 medium frozen banana peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 6-7 large ice cubes
  • vegan whipped cream optional, topping

Instructions
 

  • To make the caramel, heat together the caramel ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Keep stirring until it begins to boil, then set the heat to low and stir for around 15 minutes until it begins to thicken.
  • Once the caramel is ready, let it cool for a half hour before using.
  • Blend together all frappuccinos ingredients with the caramel sauce but leave about one spoon of it aside. Keep blending the rest of the ingredients until it makes a smoothie.
  • Pour coffee mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and the extra caramel drizzle on top. Enjoy cold!
