For the Red Layer
- 5 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup oat milk unsweetened, chilled
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp frozen raspberries
For the Blue Layer
- ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 5 tbsp full-fat coconut milk chilled, not frozen
- ½ cup oat milk unsweetened, chilled

- 1 tbsp frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
For the Purple Layer
- 10 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
- ½ cup oat milk unsweetened, chilled
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp frozen blackberries
The day before making this recipe, take an ice cube tray. Separately freeze the coconut milk required for each of the layers overnight.
The next day, when the milk is frozen, take a tall glass for the frappuccino.
Blend together the ingredients for the blue layer until creamy, then pour it into the glass.
Repeat with the red layer ingredients, layering it in the cup over the blue once a creamy mixture forms.
Lastly, blend together all the ingredients for the purple layer, then pour it over top.
Top with optional vegan whipped cream, raspberries, and a sprinkle of taro powder or butterfly pea powder for color. Enjoy fresh!
