limes
cut the ends of each lime off and remove the white pith

full-fat canned coconut milk
chilled
½
cup
agave nectar

ice

agave nectar
for mixing in at the end
Instructions
Place limes along with the rest of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, including the whole cut limes.
Pour the blended mixture through a sieve to strain out the lime peel, into a large pitcher.
Mix in the extra tbsp of sweetener into the drink.
Pour the drink into 4 individual glasses. Add a lime wedge on the edge of each cup before serving (optional). Enjoy!

Store in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to one day.
