- ¼ cup lime juice
- 6 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 cups frozen mango freeze ripe mangoes, or use pre-frozen chunks
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 20 small fresh mint leaves
- a few drops rum extract optional
- lime slices optional
- ice
Fill a pitcher about ¼ full of ice. Pour in all the ingredients and mix, except the mango.
In a blender, add the mango. Pour a little bit of the club soda into the blender cup (without the extra mint or lime slices) just to help it blend.
Once the mango is blended, pour over the ice mixture and mix once more.
Pour into 4 individual glasses. Enjoy!
