Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 6 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups frozen mango freeze ripe mangoes, or use pre-frozen chunks
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 20 small fresh mint leaves
  • a few drops rum extract optional
  • lime slices optional
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Fill a pitcher about ¼ full of ice. Pour in all the ingredients and mix, except the mango.
  • In a blender, add the mango. Pour a little bit of the club soda into the blender cup (without the extra mint or lime slices) just to help it blend.
  • Once the mango is blended, pour over the ice mixture and mix once more.
  • Pour into 4 individual glasses. Enjoy!
