Ingredients
For the Mango Layer
½
cup
vegan yogurt
½
cup
frozen mango
sweetener, if desired
¼
tsp
vanilla extract
For the Berry Layer
½
cup
vegan yogurt
¼
cup
frozen blueberries
¼
cup
frozen cherries
For the Fruit Layers
¼
cup
fresh blueberries
¼
cup
fresh mangoes
Instructions
For the berry yogurt layer, blend together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a large glass jar or into small mason jars for smaller servings.
Top with half the fruit.
Now blend all ingredients for the mango layer. Pour over top of the fruit.
Top with the remaining fruit, as shown in the picture.
Eat right away, or refrigerate to keep it cold!

Storage
Store in a covered container or cup overnight in the refrigerator.
