  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • heaping ¼ tsp fresh ginger grated
  • scant ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • tsp maca powder optional
  • tsp ashwaganda powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil all ingredients together in a stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once it is boiling, remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.
  • Drink right away!
