Healthy Snickers Stuffed Dates (TikTok Recipe)

These Healthy Snickers Stuffed Dates are TikTok viral, stuffed with peanut butter and dipped in chocolate for an indulgent treat!

Equipment

  • Small stovetop pot
  • Small Bowl (larger than the pot)
  • Rubber Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Medjool dates pitted and sliced open lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter softened
  • ¼ cup vegan semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place the sliced dates on a plate and set aside.
  • Ensure that the peanut butter is softened and easy to scoop. Add ½ tbsp of the peanut butter into the inside of each date.
  • Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.
  • Place a second bowl, larger than the pot, over top of the boiling water. Add in the chocolate chips, and stir with a rubber spatula until melted.
  • Use a spoon to drizzle 1 tbsp of the melted chocolate over the dates.
  • Sprinkle each of the dates with ½ tbsp of the chopped peanuts.
  • Place the plate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
  • Once ready, enjoy! Bring them to room temperature, or eat them straight out of the fridge.
