- ¾ cup silken tofu
- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ⅓ cup ice
Add all ingredients into a blender. Start with 1 tbsp maple syrup. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Taste and add the extra tbsp of maple syrup as desired. (This will also depend on whether the milk you choose has added sugar or not).
