Hot Vanilla & Cardamom Rose Milk

- 1 cup oat milk unsweetened
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 4 medium green cardamom pods crushed (both pod and seeds)
- 2 tbsp dried rose petals
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming on the surface.
Before it starts to boil, remove it from the heat.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Let the milk sit, covered in the pot, for 10 minutes.
Pour into a mug, through a sieve.
Garnish with a few edible rose petals, if desired. Enjoy hot!
