For the Chai Syrup

Instructions
In a stovetop pot over medium-high heat, add in all the ingredients for the syrup.
Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it thicken for 2-3 minutes.
After this time, remove from the heat. Allow the syrup to cool down for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Pour the milk into a glass, followed by the syrup. Stir to combine.
Add the ice into another glass.
Strain the milk mixture over the ice. Serve cold!

Storage
Store the syrup in an airtight glass bottle or container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
