Ingredients
For the Chia Pudding

tbsp
chia seeds
1
cup
cashew milk
1
tbsp
pure maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
pinch
pink salt
4
small
green cardamom pods
crushed into a powder
For the Mango Layer
1
cup
fresh mango
blended into liquid
For the Topping
2-3
tbsp
fresh mango
cut into small pieces
Instructions
Crush the green cardamom pods with a mortar & pestle. Remove the green shells, keeping just the crushed seed powder.
Mix together the chia pudding ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour the blended mango mixture into the base of a cup or a glass jar.
Add the chia seed mixture on top.
Top with fresh mango pieces.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then enjoy!

Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
