Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Allow the water to boil. Then turn off the heat and cover the pot.
Let it sit for 15 minutes, until the flavors have infused into the water.
Enjoy it hot, or refrigerate it in a pitcher once it has cooled to room temperature, to drink it cold!
