Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Medjool dates pitted
  • cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 medium fresh lemon zested
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch pink salt
  • 2 tsp black poppyseeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Blend until a dough forms, without any date or nut chunks.
  • Mix the poppyseeds in by hand.
  • Shape the dough into 6 balls.
  • Transfer to an airtight container. Enjoy as a snack with your favorite latte!
