  • cups cooked corn kernels
  • cup white onion diced
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ tsp roasted cumin seed powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp Indian red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp pink salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Adjust the seasoning as desired.
  • Serve in small paper cups with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of chaat masala to top!
