Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup soft, pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients in a blender until a sticky dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into five medium balls or six small balls.
