High Speed Blender
- ¼ cup roasted cashews ground to a powder in a spice grinder
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup rolled oats ground to a powder in a spice grinder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch pink salt
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp refined coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tsp vegan sprinkles
Add all ingredients, except the sprinkles, in a high-speed blender. Ensure that the oats and cashews are ground to a powder before adding.
Blend until a dough forms. You may have to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to achieve the desired consistency.
Once the dough is ready, using clean hands shape it into 4 balls.
Keep the sprinkles ready in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the sprinkles.
