Instructions
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender. Omit the pinch of salt if the peanuts are already salted.
Blend until no chunks remain and a dough forms.
Shape into 16 bite-sized balls and place in refrigerator on a tray lined with parchment paper or a baking sheet, for a half hour.
Enjoy! Keep refrigerated for the bites to maintain a chewy texture.

Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Place parchment papers in between the layers to avoid the bites sticking to one another.
