Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (150g) roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • 1⅓ cup (~266g) soft Medjool dates pitted
  • ½ cup (120mL) pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup (90g) dry quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Pat this medium-thick into a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Cut into 8 bars. Enjoy!
