Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats toasted then ground
  • ½ cup walnuts toasted
  • ½ cup Medjool dates pitted
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms.
  • Shape the mixture into 12 balls.
  • Place these on parchment paper on a plate in the refrigerator, to firm up for one hour.
