- ½ cup walnuts toasted
- ½ cup Medjool dates pitted
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- pinch pink salt
Blend together all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms.
Shape the mixture into 12 balls.
