- 10 medium ribs celery chopped
- 1 medium lime cut in half
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger optional, do not chop into smaller pieces or it doesn't blend well
- ½ cup water
For the Blender
Blend together all ingredients in your Nutribullet, until a juice forms.
Add more water, if needed. Avoid adding too much or it dilutes the juice.
There will be a lot of pulp, so get a wide sieve or a cheesecloth, and strain it into a bowl, then pour it into 2 cups.
