Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • packed cup Medjool dates pitted
  • cup dried cranberries
  • cup shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until a thick dough forms. This will take a few minutes.
  • Shape the dough into 7 balls.
  • Place the shredded coconut in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Enjoy!
