Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 large red onion sliced
  • 3 medium green, red, yellow, orange peppers sliced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • pink salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice bell peppers and onions into long strips.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add in the avocado oil.
  • Into the hot oil, add in the onions and bell peppers.
  • Saute onions and peppers for a few minutes, until the onions are translucent.
  • Add oregano and salt into the hot pan; stir to combine.
  • After 2-3 more minutes of stirring, turn off the heat.
  • Serve these fajitas veggies in a burrito bowl, wrap or taco shell!
