Stovetop Pot with lid
- ½ cup frozen cranberries
- 1 medium orange juiced using a citrus juicer
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- ⅓ cup sparkling water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup ice cubes
In a stovetop pot over medium-low heat, add the cranberries.
Keep these on medium-low until they start to become plump and juicy. Use a heatproof spatula to press down on the berries to release their juice while they cook.
After 7-8 minutes, remove the berries from the heat.
Add the sparkling water, mint leaves, lemon juice and orange juice to the pot.
Add the ice to a glass. Pour the drink over top of the ice, through a strainer to remove the cranberries - squeeze all the juice out of the cranberries with the back of a spoon.
Keep the mint leaves in the drink for color and flavor. Additionally, add a few frozen cranberries into the glass when serving.
Enjoy it fresh!
