For the Smoothie
- 1 medium frozen banana peeled and chopped before freezing
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ cup oat milk
- ½ cup coconut milk ice cubes
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- vegan whipped cream optional
- pure maple syrup optional sweetener, if desired
Blend together all ingredients until it has a smooth consistency. Taste the mixture and blend in some pure maple syrup, if additional sweetness is desired.
Pour the drink into a cup, then top with vegan whipped cream.
