Starbucks Copycat Coffee Frappuccino

- ⅓ cup frozen oat milk
- 8 tsp frozen cold brew
- 3 tbsp cold brew chilled
- ½ cup oat milk chilled
- ~¼ block (94 g) frozen silken tofu measured after freezing
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or monkfruit sweetener)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- vegan whipped cream optional topping
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, except the optional whipped cream topping.
Blend until a frappuccino-like consistency forms. You may have to stop the blender and scrape down the sides a few times, depending on how strong the blade is.
Pour the drink into a tall glass.
Top with optional vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!
