Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • cup frozen oat milk
  • 8 tsp frozen cold brew
  • 3 tbsp cold brew chilled
  • ½ cup oat milk chilled
  • ~¼ block (94 g) frozen silken tofu measured after freezing
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or monkfruit sweetener)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • vegan whipped cream optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, except the optional whipped cream topping.
  • Blend until a frappuccino-like consistency forms. You may have to stop the blender and scrape down the sides a few times, depending on how strong the blade is.
  • Pour the drink into a tall glass.
  • Top with optional vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!
