Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup espresso
  • 2 sugar cookie tea bags see substitutions
  • ½ cup oat milk unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • tiny pinch pink salt
  • vegan whipped cream
  • vegan holiday sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Add the espresso, tea bag, milk and agave to a stovetop pot over high heat.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then turn off the heat. Stir in the vanilla and salt.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes, covering the pot with a lid.
  • Use a milk frother to make the drink froth up to the desired level.
  • Pour it into a mug. Top with vegan whipped cream and holiday sprinkles. Enjoy!
