Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup oat milk
  • 6 tbsp freshly brewed coffee dark roast works best
  • tbsp cacao powder
  • 6 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • Pinch vanilla extract
  • sweetener, as per your taste I used Stevia drops
  • vegan whipped cream
  • cacao powder, mint leaves, chocolate shavings optional toppings

Instructions
 

  • Boil all ingredients in a stovetop pan over medium high heat, constantly whisking.
  • When the milk begins boiling, turn off the stove and remove the pot from the heat.
  • Pour it into a cup and froth the top of the drink with a milk frother.
  • Top with vegan whipped cream. Garnish with optional toppings.
  • Serve hot!
