- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- ⅛ medium scraped vanilla bean
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cold brew
- ½ cup oat milk unsweetened, chilled
In a skillet over low heat, add in the vanilla bean and oats.
Toast until lightly browned. Add in the agave nectar.
Continue to cook for another minute, then turn off the heat.
Pour the ice into a cup.
Pour the cold brew over top.
In another glass, add the milk. Sieve the oat-agave mixture through into the milk, giving it a stir to combine.
Pour this over top of the cold brew.
Give it a stir and enjoy fresh!
