Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo see "substitutions" section above
  • 8 pieces tofu bacon see "more recipes" section above
  • 2 large pieces lettuce
  • ½ medium tomato cut into medium-thick slices

Instructions
 

  • Make sure all your veggies are cleaned and cut as per the ingredients list.
  • Toast the bread slices until crispy.
  • Layer 1 tbsp of the mayo on both slices of bread, followed by lettuce, tomato and vegan bacon slices on one side.
  • Place the other slice of bread on top.
  • Cut in half and enjoy the sandwich!
