sandwich bread

vegan mayo

tofu bacon

lettuce

tomato
cut into medium-thick slices
Instructions
Make sure all your veggies are cleaned and cut as per the ingredients list.
Toast the bread slices until crispy.
Layer 1 tbsp of the mayo on both slices of bread, followed by lettuce, tomato and vegan bacon slices on one side.
Place the other slice of bread on top.
Cut in half and enjoy the sandwich!
