Vegan Cookie Dough Latte
Enjoy the flavors of chocolate chip cookies in this vegan Cookie Dough Latte, blending plant-based creamer with brown sugar and vanilla!

- 1¼ cup vanilla oat milk unsweetened
- ¼ cup vegan vanilla creamer
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- pinch pink salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- vegan whipped cream optional topping
- vegan semisweet mini chocolate chips optional topping
Add all the ingredients, except the vanilla, to a stovetop pot over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil. Then remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Use a milk frother to froth up the drink.
Pour into a mug and top with optional vegan whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. This will make 1 large serving or 2 smaller servings. Enjoy!
