Homemade Raw Vegan Grape & Lemon Juice Recipe

Today, we are making a Homemade Raw Vegan Grape & Lemon Juice Recipe! If you’re a fan of orange juice, pineapple juice, or fruit juice in general – this juice made of simple ingredients will make you crave a refreshing drink you can make right at home! Imagine the sweetness of plump grapes harmonizing with the zesty brightness of lemons. With the addition of lemon and fresh purple grapes, this is a recipe to use up all those leftover fruits in a delicious homemade grape juice recipe, while getting in your daily dose of Vitamin C as well.

Now, fresh grapes may may be on your list of healthy snacks to munch on when you’re feeling snack-y, but have you ever thought of making juice with them, without all the added sugar of the store-bought version? No doubt, amazing for the immune system! Grape jam can beat it – this is a new way to use up this underrated fruit!

Raw, vegan, and an undeniably delicious drink – this fresh grape juice uses simple steps and fits in with all dietary needs. All you need are some frozen grapes (I always toss bags of red grapes, green grapes or dark grapes (concord grapes, aka dark black grapes) that are in peak condition but I know I won’t be able to finish before they spoil, in the freezer), some fresh lemon juice and a blender jar! This homemade recipe has much less sugar than traditional juice, and you can use the grape skins and leftover pulp that are caught in your fine mesh strainer to eat instead of throwing away, for extra fiber.

Why You’ll Love This Homemade Raw Vegan Grape & Lemon Juice Recipe

Perfect Way to Use Grapes: This delicious juice recipe came around because I had a bag of grapes sitting in the fridge for weeks. So I decided to throw it into the freezer and use it for later. When I got around to using it, I wasn’t sure what to even do with frozen grapes. At the same time, I had a ton of fresh lemons, but didn’t want to take my juicer out. So I decided to blend both together and make a raw juice! This recipe is perfect to use up any leftover grapes and lemon.

Vibrant Burst of Flavors: Picture this – the sweet, juicy essence of grapes combined with the zesty kick of fresh lemon. It’s a flavor explosion that’ll dance on your taste buds and leave you craving for more.

Substitutions

Grapes: The grapes in this recipe are frozen, so the texture of the drink is thicker than it would be with refrigerated grapes. You can try making this with green grapes for a more tart recipe, or even with frozen cherries instead.

Lemon: Use a fresh lemon, or a whole lime if not half a large lemon as the recipe card states. Use fresh juice for best results, versus a pre-bottled juice which will taste more acidic.
