Ingredients
- ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk frozen into ice cubes
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch pink salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk chilled
- vegan whipped cream optional topping
For the Cinnamon Swirl
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- hot water
For the Frappuccino
Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients for the frappuccino, except the whipped cream, until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl. Add in hot water, a little bit at a time, until a thick paste forms.
- Use this paste to smear some on the sides of the cup before pouring in the drink. Reserve some for the topping.
